About the contest

SafeAuto is opening up a public casting call to find the talent for their next ad campaign. They are looking for a person or group that can re-create the best version of their famous SafeAuto Jingle. All of the video submissions are featured here, on DoTheJingle.SafeAuto.com.

Site visitors are encouraged to vote on their favorite jingle because it is your votes that will decide the winner.

Contest Winners

The winner(s) of the Do The Jingle SafeAuto Jingle competition will win an advertising contract with SafeAuto (Est. value: $5,000.00). Winner(s) will appear in a SafeAuto advertising campaign. Winner(s) will receive a paid contract. Additional cash payouts will be awarded to the top five voted videos.

Contest Structure

Participants are encouraged to upload their video submissions to the site DoTheJingle.SafeAuto.com between the dates of November 26th 2009 and January 31st 2010 at midnight. No videos will be accepted after midnight on January 31st 2010. Between November 26th and January 31st, the public will vote on their favorite videos. On January 31st at 11:59 PM the video with the most votes wins, and will receive an advertising contract from SafeAuto. The top five contestants will receive cash prizes. The top 10 contestants will receive SafeAuto roadside assistance bags.

Video Submission Guideline

• Videos must be submitted through the DoTheJingle.com website to be considered an official video submission.
• SafeAuto will tabulate votes each video receives. Votes will determine the outcome of the competition.
• After submission on the DoTheJingle.com website, users will be given the opportunity to embed the video on their Facebook profile.
• Video will also be placed onto YouTube and other video sharing sites.
